Under new management, Vin Hughes took over at the end of May 2004. The pub was closed for 5 weeks for a complete refurbishment and has now been transformed into a great place to drink, eat and relax - except for Wednesday evenings when live music is on the cards and relaxing is not allowed! There is a basic campsite to the rear of the pub and for those of you requiring a little more luxury there are two quality en suite rooms offering bed and breakfast. Hikers, ramblers and cyclists and motor cyclists are all welcome in this cozy Cheshire Pub!
